The first step is to book in a consultation -

It’s a on-site catch up where we talk with you in great detail about your needs, thoughts and your wish list.

Together, we walk through your property, taking note of the problems you want to solve and offering ideas and advice.

We discuss your  concerns, offer up possible solutions, answer questions, describe what you can expect, and what the next steps are. We record a detailed scope of works, like a pen on paper sketch design that is yours to keep, whether or not you proceed further with us.

It is an important document that will form the basis of your project.

The cost of the consultation is $850.00 incl GST for up to 2 hours and includes 1 hour of travel from our office.

    Allow a 15-21 day turnaround.

    Fixed Price: $7720.00* incl.gst

  • A complete set of CAD drawings that sets out your ideas in 2D and a basic 3D collection of key images that will explain the design to either a builder or joiner (we can make suggestions to you) who will then accurately cost your project.     Allow a 21 day turnaround.

    Fixed Price: $8850.00* incl.gst

  • Post measure-up on site we will prepare a full set of drawings of the existing and proposed design in 2D and a set of 3D key images that will explain the design (including structural changes) to a builder, an engineer or a joiner in order to obtain an accurately costed quote + receive authority approvals)*
